Freddy Mitchell's dynamic songwriting and musicianship has earned him praise by many critics. With nearly 250 original compositions to his name, south Florida's Jam magazine called Mitchell "a craftsman who has melded a classical literary form with concert rock".

Guitarist / Keyboardist / Vocalist / Composer and Producer Freddy Mitchell is a captivating performer who delivers energy, and excitement with an intensity that drives his audience wild. Widely celebrated the press, these critics aren't alone in noticing Freddy shines a radiant new light on rock music.

His musical journey has been rewarding for his fans, and himself. From the beginning of his career, he has consistently expanded his horizons as an artist. His first album, "Above and below" was added to many commercial radio stations play lists in Florida. It is now considered a rare collectable, and fetches prices in Holland, Germany, Japan, England and Finland for as high as $275.00 USD. That recording quickly established Freddy as a versatile lead guitarist, with a knack for crafting catchy hook riffs with story telling rhymes. His second CD, "Fallen Moons" was featured in dozens of national and regional publications. The singles "Aeolian Shore", "Rebel Kings" and "Elan" were put on rotation on many rock stations. Freddy's third and newest CD "Animator" has proven to be a fine work. "Animator", with its powerful guitar riffs and production, has received airplay with "Time waits for no one", "The Lotus" and "Dead Man Runnin'".

Freddy was featured internationally in Guitar Player magazine in September 2005, and 20th Century Guitar magazine in April 2006. He signed two publishing contracts in 2006, the first with AMI and a second with Touch Tunes. Both "Fallen Moons" and "Animator" are in 675,000 jukeboxes across the United States, Canada, The Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

Freddy has just released his long awaited autobiography entitled "Here for the Ride". The Freddy Mitchell Euphoria is currently working on their fourth CD entitled "Millennium Bridge" to be released late 2011. Band members include: Randy Finn on bass guitar and Mike LoSchiavo on drums.

Like a musical alchemist, Freddy conjures up evocative soundscapes. Once nominated as best songwriter in south Florida, by the Miami Gold Coast Live music publication, his compositions encompass many musical genres. These genres include: hard rock, pop rock, metal, blues and jazz rock, psychedelic and East Indian. Touring steadily for over fifteen years, he's performed with many well known acts, and has a strong legion of followers.
